The 19th Annual Delaware State Human Resources Conference and Expo was held November 4-5, 2019 at Dover Downs Hotel and Casino. The theme for 2019 was “People, Purpose & Passion: Pathway to 2025.” Todd had the opportunity to speak at the conference along with George (Zeke) James from Vanguard. Their breakout session was entitled “How much does your 401k have in common with Back to the Future?” The presentation was well themed and quite the hit for the 40 attendees from all areas of the Human Resource profession.
