Abbie Lobley brings over 20 years of expertise in Human Resources, combining strategic leadership with a passion for fostering positive workplace cultures. Throughout her career, Abbie has successfully guided organizations through talent development, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives. She has extensive experience in payroll and benefits administration, along with recruitment, performance management, and organizational development, making her a trusted partner in driving business success through people.
Kelly is the Chief Compliance Officer & Director of Operations with Blue Rock Financial Group.
Here at Blue Rock, Kelly oversees all compliance activities of the firm as the Chief Compliance Officer, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, policies, and procedures. As Director of Operations, Kelly manages the day-to-day activities of the company and leads coordination and integration efforts among operations and client service teams.
Kelly is also the primary contact for our 401k clients. She assists in developing and maintaining retirement plans for employers to meet the needs of their company. Kelly also meets with 401k participants to conduct enrollment and education meetings on an ongoing basis.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and family, especially her nieces!

Abbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Wilmington University, equipping her with a unique blend of operational insight and people-focused strategies.

Abbie enjoys spending time with her husband Brent and their two children, traveling as much as possible, and riding her bicycle.
