CCO & Director of Retirement Plans

Kelly Wilson is the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations at Blue Rock, ensuring the firm runs smoothly while upholding the highest standards of compliance. She is also the primary contact for the firm’s 401(k) clients, supporting employers with plan management and guiding employees through enrollments and educational sessions.

Kelly is the Chief Compliance Officer & Director of Operations with Blue Rock Financial Group.

Here at Blue Rock, Kelly oversees all compliance activities of the firm as the Chief Compliance Officer, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, policies, and procedures. As Director of Operations, Kelly manages the day-to-day activities of the company and leads coordination and integration efforts among operations and client service teams.

Kelly is also the primary contact for our 401k clients. She assists in developing and maintaining retirement plans for employers to meet the needs of their company. Kelly also meets with 401k participants to conduct enrollment and education meetings on an ongoing basis.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and family, especially her nieces!

Education

Kelly graduated from the University of Delaware in 2018 and has steadily built her expertise in the financial industry. She passed the CFP® exam in 2021 and earned her CRPS® designation in 2024, focusing on retirement planning solutions.

Community

Based near her alma mater, Kelly lives with her husband, James, and their dog, Sullie. The family is excitedly expecting a baby boy, James Jett “JJ.” In her free time, Kelly enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time outdoors with her family and Sullie.
