Melanie Husni is the Brand and Marketing Manager at Blue Rock Financial Group, leading the firm’s creative strategy and overseeing its public presence across digital and print platforms. She develops and maintains a cohesive brand identity, manages marketing funnels, and drives engagement through social media, advertising, and events.

With a strong background in design, communications, and digital strategy, Melanie ensures Blue Rock’s brand reflects its values of Precision with Greatness, Respectful Transparency, and Ethical Integrity. She works closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with the firm’s growth goals and client experience, connecting strategy with storytelling to highlight Blue Rock’s impact in the community.

Education

Melanie earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from the University of Delaware in 2015. While attending UD, she was a member of the University’s All-Girl Cheerleading Team. Her background in art, design, and communications has shaped her creative approach to brand development and marketing strategy, blending visual storytelling with a focus on connection and community.



Community

Born and raised in Delaware, Melanie enjoys spending time at the Delaware beaches with her husband, Kyle, and visiting her family. Outside of her work at Blue Rock, she’s also a coach at Orangetheory Fitness, where she loves motivating others and building a sense of community through movement and encouragement. She's also a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan. Go birds.
