Throughout Theo’s extensive career, he has always carried the philosophy that you can never be too prepared. As a CFP® professional, Theo has helped countless individuals and families prosper with strategic financial planning.

Experience

Many of Theo’s financial values he learned through his career serving in the Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserves. He has served all over the country aiding in operations such as Hurricane Katrina, Deep-Water Horizon, numerous wildfires, winter storms, and border operations. In between serving in the armed services, Theo discovered his passion for Finance working as an Account Executive (Stockbroker) until the 9/11 attacks. He then served on active duty for several combat tours including Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom as a C-130 Navigator and Mission Planner.

Community

Retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel from the Air Force, Theo wanted to continue to serve and get back to his passion for finance. He became a CFP® professional in Florida before relocating back to Delaware. In addition to being a Financial Advisor at Blue Rock, Theo is also a Defense Contractor teaching classes on basic finance, investments, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning for soldiers, airmen, and their families.
